Fix [3009885fff]: tk_messageBox can return empty string on Windows.
When the container of a transient toplevel became visible again, e.g. after it was deiconified, the wrapper of the transient was recreated. This destroyed the dialogs owned by it, so a tk_messageBox with the transient as -parent closed and returned an empty string.
