The menu can be destroyed during "$menu post", by the -postcommand or, on macOS, while the native menu is shown (e.g. by Cmd+W). tk::PostOverPoint, tk::MbPost and tk_popup no longer use the destroyed menu or menubutton afterwards, and Priv(postedMb) is cleared.
