Fix [300bad1beb]: Selected text of an unfocused ttk::entry ignores the -foreground state map on Windows
On Windows, ttk::entry, ttk::combobox and ttk::spinbox no longer draw the selection when they do not have the focus (unless ::tk::AlwaysShowSelection is set), like tk::entry and native edit controls. An empty -selectforeground now means the -foreground color, and an empty -selectbackground means no selection background.
