pgtcl - Tcl interface to PostgreSQL database

Description

Pgtcl adds PostgreSQL extensions to the Tcl programming language. It supports asynchronous execution, extended error reporting, execution of prepared statements, and many other of the latest features of Postgres, while maintaining backwards compatibility to previous versions of PostgreSQL and earlier Pgtcl code.
