Description:
I am using ActiveTcl8.4.4.0 with BWidgets1.7.0. The
Notebook widgets bindtabs command seems to be
stripping off the first two characters of the tabname.
Here is a small script to replicate the bug.

#!/bin/env wish

proc print_tab_name {tab} {
puts $tab
}

# Load BWidget package into the interpreter
package require BWidget

wm withdraw .

# Create Notebook
set notebook [NoteBook .nb]
$notebook insert end TestTab -text "Test Tab"
$notebook compute_size
pack $notebook -fill both -expand yes -padx 4 -pady 4
$notebook raise [$notebook page 0]
$notebook bindtabs <Button-1> "print_tab_name"

wm deiconify .

Additionally, this command is not correctly returning the tab
name that was specified when it was created. For instance,
it will return TABNAME:text or TABNAME:top or TABNAME:bot.
These seem to be the names of the embedded widgets within
the tab.
