Description:
% NoteBook .book
% .book insert end {C:\foo\bar} -text {C:\foo\bar}

throws an error:

bad window path name ".altab0.pages.fC:\foo\bar"
    while executing
"frame $path.f$page 
 -relief flat

...

I do not have an issue creating this page with the CVS head 
of bwidget:

(tkcon) 50 % package require BWidget

.nb.fC:\foo\bar

I think the lsearch -exact fixes should go in.  There may be 
one or two more 'eval's that could be better protected, but I 
don't find fault with the current stuff.  That was with 
AT8.4.3+ on Win2K.

Attached a patch to fix this and one other problem (the use 
of 'lsearch' instead of 'lsearch -exact' on page names).
