I have added the possibility to make the corners of a
TitleFrame look round, using photo images and computed
color shades (see enclosed files old.jpg for the old
look and newrc.jpg for the new look).
Given the actual trend to have more 'round' GUIs, this
can help people to make TitleFrames look more
conforming to the rest.
I also enclosed an updated helpfile should the patch be
accepted.

Bugs:

-extrapadtop and -extrapadbottom cannot be configured
from 0 to >0 and from >0 to 0 after the widget
creation. The reason is that frames cannot have a size
of 0, so they are not packed at creation time if the
size is 0.
I think that one can live with that.
