Description:
The hook man page renders incorrecty in the REFERENCE section. There is a staircase effect which sends output to the right.
Attached is the result of "man n hook > hook.txt"
Error messages on stderr are:
$ man n hook > hook.txt

hook: Moved the examples in the hook page to separate lines to avoid the issue.
doctools: Forced a \n after each .CE to avoid this in future manpages even if they use examples on the same line as text.

Note: There is a long-standing indentation bug which is also triggered here, even after fixes, where parts of a nested list are out-dented. This is not fixed, it is known, and it is not known how to fix that one.
