Hello, I would really like to see the attached changes in the package "getstring". Just because the current implementation has one bug and one annoyance: 1. "wm withdraw" is called after the "UI" is already built, instead of right after creating the toplevel 2. a given variable to contain the result of "getstring" is simply overwritten, instead of using its contents inside the entry and changing it at the end Best regards, Martin | |||
