Render markdown in FILE as HTML on stdout. Options:

--dark-pikchr

Render pikchrs in dark mode

--lint-footnotes

Print stats for footnotes-related issues

--safe

Restrict the output to use only "safe" HTML

--text

Run the output through html_to_plaintext().
