	  is <b>Sent</b> or <b>Received</b>, <em>version</em> is the protocol
	  version, <em>content_type</em> is the message content type, and
	  <em>message</em> is more info from the <code>SSL_trace</code> API.
	  This callback is new for TLS 1.8.
