Description:
Two tests fail on illumos (OpenIndiana) because of platform differences, not Tcl bugs: socket-14.19 uses `-reuseport yes`, but illumos has no SO_REUSEPORT, so `socket` fails with "SO_REUSEPORT isn't supported by this platform". scan-15.1 cases n19-n21 expect `format %.17g` of an overflowing value to match `inf`, but the illumos libc prints `infinity`. Proposed fix in branch tests-illumos-portability: a new constraint `reuseport` for socket-14.19, and the pattern `inf*` in scan-15.1.
