Description: |
I suggest that the tcl-win, tcl-mac, tcl-threads, and possibly other low-traffic mailing lists on SourceForge be discontinued. At a minimum, these should no longer be recommended by READMEs, etc. as channels for users to seek support from. In recent years, these lists have had very little traffic (not much other than the conference announcements), and requests posted there have tended to go unanswered. Much better and more active support channels appear to be comp.lang.tcl (which can be accessed in a browser using Google Groups for those not using a newsreader), and the Fossil issue trackers. |
